Albert Hibbert
Founder
Albert was born and raised in the valleys of the Free State, with strong family values and a sense of justice. He leads the team with integrity to strive for what’s right.
Professional profile and experience:
Albert completed his studies at the University of the Free State where after he was a legal advisor at the City of Tshwane for numerous years. It is during this period where he gained extensive experience in various field of Municipal law especially in procurement law. Albert is also a member of the association of certified fraud examiners of the South African chapter.
Jaco Du Plooy
Director
Jaco du Plooy is a seasoned legal professional who completed his studies at the North West University. Since joining our firm in 2016, Jaco has played a pivotal role in our success. We are pleased to announce that in 2023, Jaco has taken on the additional role of Director within the firm, a testament to his exceptional skills and dedication.
Specializing in public procurement law, Jaco has garnered extensive knowledge, making him one of the most successful attorneys in this field. His impressive track record is evident in the numerous cases he has won, showcasing both his deep understanding of the law and unwavering commitment to achieving positive outcomes for our clients.
Mikhael Venter
Associate
Mikhael, a North-West University alumnus (class of 2021), joined our team in 2023, bringing with him a fresh perspective and a passion for legal excellence. In February 2024, he achieved a significant milestone by being admitted as an attorney of the High Court. Mikhael has quickly developed a keen interest in the complexities of property and construction law, and he is dedicated to providing our clients with insightful and effective legal counsel in these specialized areas.

Annatjie was born in the Free State and completed her Studies at the University of the Free State. She has been working alongside Albert from the start.

Tess was born and raised in Pretoria. She has been with the firm for more than 12 years and has served the firm with great commitment and diligence.
Idalene Agenbag

Idalene is a valuable asset to our team, bringing a wealth of experience in labour law to her practice. After obtaining her LLB degree from the University of Pretoria, Idalene honed her skills in the labour sector for two years before joining our firm in 2023.

Charne is a dynamic and driven individual currently completing her final year of LLB studies. As the first point of contact for our clients, Charne provides a warm and welcoming atmosphere in the office.
